China Glaze QT

Hello everyone! Today I have swatches of China Glaze QT to show you. QT was part of the coveted OMG collection and is a berry pink linear holo. You're seeing three coats here with no top coat.

There's not much to say here that I haven't said in my previous posts about the OMG collection polishes. If you want these to last more than a day or two on your nails, you're going to want to do a "sandwich" like this: base coat, 2 coats of polish, top coat, another coat of polish. Sometimes top coat tends to dull the holo effect, so putting another coat of color over it eliminates that and will help your polish to last longer.

  7. I feel among the lucky ones to have all the shades in the OMG and Kaleidoscope collections. Got mine before the prices went through the roof on many of them. I am trying to recall which one in this collection has the 2 versions - I am thinking it's the one more pink than this one...recall recently seeing a blog about that which was news to me. I had to pull all my collection out to look and see which version I had. My fav in the OMG collection is L8R G8R - the green one. I think most would say their fav is the silver one (OMG) - that's the hardest one to find now days it seems and commands a huge price tag when found. But L8R G8R is up there too. Count yourself lucky if you have any of this collection. It's never been repeated in this kind of original retail line or retail price point. Great tip to do the base, 2 coats, top coat and another color coat to keep the holo effect. Do you tend to use Nfu Oh Aqua base on this or do you just pick up your fav base and use that? I have a couple bottles of the old formula Nfu Oh Aqua base I really covet and don't use if I don't need to.
