GlitterDaze Birthday Cupcake Swatch/Review

Hey guys! Today I have a special, limited edition first birthday celebration polish from GlitterDaze. It will be sold for one month, starting today (2/7-3/7). This polish is called Birthday Cupcake and I used three coats for the swatch below. The formula was good and I love that you can wear it like I did here for a jelly look or you could layer it over a white base for an opaque look.

Birthday Cupcake can be purchased from www.GlitterDazeNP.com. Full size bottles retail for $11, while mini bottles retail for $6. GlitterDaze also has an awesome program where you can earn rewards points on each purchase when you create an account.

GlitterDaze Goddess Collection Swatches/Review

Hello again! I received all of these polish from GlitterDaze to review, but since they are two different collections, I decided to separate them into two different posts. :) This is the Goddess collection and each polish here was meant to be used for layering.

Aphrodite is Valentine's Day in a bottle, consisting of shards of pink and red glitter and pink glitter hearts as well. This is two coats over Nicole by OPI Keeping Up With Santa.

Selene is a mixture of midnight blue, black, and silver glitter, along with silver holographic moons. I layered two coats over Nicole by OPI Deck the Dolls.

La Santa Muerte is a really interesting combination of glitter, including a bunch of different sizes and some hearts and flowers as well. I had a bit of a problem getting a bunch of glitter out of the bottle here, but this is two coats over a sheer pink.

Iris is a very feminine mix of pink, yellow, and iridescent glitter. This is two coats over OPI Skull and Glossbones.

Last but not least is Aurora, a shimmery iridescent beauty with tons of shimmer and flakies. This is two coats over black.

Once again, to get more information about GlitterDaze nail polish, please visit the GlitterDaze blog and Facebook page. Polishes can be purchased at www.GlitterDazeNP.com and when you make an account there, you will earn reward points for every polish that you purchase! Do you love glitter toppers as much as I do?

GlitterDaze A Charmed Halloween Collection Review/Swatches

Hello everyone! I'm so sorry for missing posts on Friday and this past Monday! What was supposed to be a simple software upgrade for my MacBook turned into an almost week-long hassle and ended with me having to get the hard drive replaced. All is well now though and they were able to recover all my data so I didn't lose any swatches! Today I will be showing you GlitterDaze's A Charmed Halloween collection (as well as the Goddess collection in a second post shortly after this one). Enjoy! :)

Vanquishing Demons looks red in the bottle, but ends up being a lovely bright pink jelly on the nail with black shard glitter. I got pretty good opacity at three coats.

Source of All Evil is a festive Halloween mix of glitter in a black jelly base. I did three coats here as well but would probably recommend layering this one over black if you aren't a fan of the jelly look.

My White Lighter is a mix of differently sized turquoise glitter in a milky white base and my favorite of the collection. I layered two coats of it here over an opaque white base.

Power of Three is a mix of iridescent glitter that is meant to be layered, so I wore two coats of it over Essie Skirting the Issue (I think!).

The Charmed Ones is a very pretty mixture of purple and blue glitter in a greyed-out jelly base. I used three coats here but once again, I would probably recommend layering this one over an opaque grey base.

Book of Shadows is a coppery brown polish with gold shimmer and gold/copper glitter. Three coats here were all I needed for opacity.

Overall, I think these are some really unique and pretty shades in this collection and would definitely recommend picking up at least My White Lighter! To get more information about GlitterDaze nail polish, please visit the GlitterDaze blog and Facebook page. Polishes can be purchased at www.GlitterDazeNP.com and when you make an account there, you will earn reward points for every polish that you purchase! So tell me, which is your favorite GlitterDaze polish?

GlitterDaze Bad Girl Collection

Hey everybody, happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend! I wish I could have been at Cosmoprof Las Vegas over the weekend, but I can't wait to hear all about it from the bloggers that could go. Today I have some pretty glitter polish to show you from Sana at GlitterDaze.

Firstly is Hot Shot; I have two coats layered over Zoya Reagan. Hot Shot is a mix of red, gold, purple, and pink glitter in a clear base.

This is two coats of Prima Donna over Zoya Kennedy. I love this combination, it's so dainty and ladylike. It reminds me of ballerinas!

Up next is two coats of Socialite over Nicole by OPI Kim-pletely in Love. Socialite is a beautiful mixture of small multi-colored glitter. I love how it pops over the shimmer of my base color.

This is two coats of Showstoppin, a mix of silver, pink, and purple glitter, over Zoya Shelby.

EDITED TO ADD: Omg I cannot believe I forgot one! This is Queen Bee, a mix of gold and black glitter (with shards!). Two coats here over CND Asphalt.

B.A.M.F. is an awesome mix of silver, blue, and purple glitter in a clear base. I have it layered here over China Glaze Splish Splash. I love the cool glitter shards that are in most of these polishes!

Last but not least is Girl Gone Wild, two coats over Zoya Jana. This was my second favorite combination (behind Prima Donna and Kennedy). The purple and gold mix works so well with Jana.

So what do you think? I love the combinations of glitter that these have; I haven't experienced the "shard" glitter very much and I think it's really neat! Be aware though, sometimes they get bent and stick up at odd angles, so you might need some extra topcoat or a pair of tweezers to pull them off if they annoy you. The GlitterDaze stores will be closed for a week starting on 7/27, so plan accordingly if you intend to order!
